What To Do When You're A Super Powerful Car
Just because Michelle tends to lose control of her hands and occasionally becomes a car doesn't mean she's given up on life. She loves to work with her hands, is a marine biologist for the Minnesota Zoological Gardens, and uses her ability to help out her friends whenever possible. As a special agent for the FBI, Agent Peyton works with special missions that enable her to keep her secrets while continuing the research that provided her shape-shifting abilities, a technology known as genomes, that have matter-modifying properties.
Using their unique skills, Michelle, Greg and Shelly have operated special underwater submarines, tracked down world-weary supervillians, and even encountered individuals like themselves who have been able to handle the new range of abilities that have come from the genomes, both good and bad.
Along the way they have encountered genies, kitsunes, rare black-tailed mermaids with curious magical powers, and other car-changing individuals. They have traveled to London, Morocco, Hawaii, the American South, and Japan with their world-weary talents.
For twenty years, Michelle has managed to keep her ability a secret from the general public, and Shelly must abide by the Veil of Secrecy to continue living on shore with her fins kept in check. Greg has to continue to learn what level of honesty regarding his daughters, who will grow up with one foot in the ocean and one fin on the shore. Life is an ongoing adventure for them all.
